We played the course on 10/10/08 and were pleasantly surprised (Back 9 only). The course was in great shape and well groomed. The course lay out was very nice and competitive for the average golfer. I love that this course has the range clearly marked and with a picture of everyhole at the tee box. That is great for frist time players of this course. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Plus they didnít have a course ranger following us around telling us what we werenít allowed to do. I will play this course again this year if the weather holds.

Course was in excellant shape. Some holes had ground under repair. Greens rolled very smooth. Front nine is shorter than the back but I still manage to shoot a 78. 40 on the front and 38 on the back.

The course is alright, but whoever was responsible for ranking this the '#1 public privately owned golf course in Ohio' was either on something or holds VERY LOW standards for that award. The greens were the absolute slowest I've ever played on, and did not roll true at all. The fairways are ALRIGHT, but had plenty of dead spots, and the course is also very short. One par 5 doglegged after 130 yards, so the best you could do was take a wedge and pitch a shot out there. I was not impressed with this course at all, and $35 for 18 walking on a saturday? I could play courses like Eagle Sticks for 5 dollars more.

I can't believe I've never played this course since I live so close. However, today I got a chance to play the front nine . I found it very enjoyable. The greens rolled well (not too fast). The fairways and tee boxes were in decent shape. I would definitely recommend this course. I played from the blue (tips) and it really didn't make much of a difference except on #2 & 8.

Very well maintained course. Staff are friendly and helpful. Holes are long enough, greens are moderate - fast. Driving range on premises. Surprisingly well stocked Pro Shop. Tee times are a good idea, as this course gets a lot of play. Only negative is the cart paths. If you manage to hit one with your ball, you end up with a black smudge. Go ahead and play it!

Very nice and challenging course. My wife and I visit yearly and it is always a pleasure to play, and they have done great work with it this year given the bad weather as of late. Everyone is very nice and the head pro is very knowledgable and helpful. Give it a try.

Not a very good course. I will never go back. The course was in pretty bad shape and there are alot of better courses around this area.

The course is nice and challenging. There are many water and sand hazards on the course but it is not overwhelming. Overall it is a fun place to play with friends and to have a good time.

The course is in terrific condition. It's a sweet place to play 9 or 18 holes of golf.
