Born in Beirut, Lebanon in 2006. Made it to the quarterfinals in the 2025 U.S. Amateur Championship at the Olympic Club as the 4,292nd ranked player in World Amateur Golf Ranking. Played first two years of collegiate golf at Division III Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota.

Age: 38

Full-time golf instructor and performance coach. Played professional golf for 2.5 years. Owner of Elite Golf Schools and Elite Golf Online in Arizona and Colorado.


Aaron Baddeley
Australia
Age: 45

Four-time winner on the PGA TOUR. Represented the International Team in the 2011 Presidents Cup at Royal Melbourne in his native Australia. Finished T-13 in the 2007 U.S. Open Championship at Oakmont Country Club after holding the 54-hole lead.


Michael Barnard
Gallatin, TN
Age: 26

Assistant men’s golf coach at Middle Tennessee State University, where he was a standout as a player. Competed in 43 events for the Blue Raiders, earning All-Conference honors three times. Barnard concluded his college career with a victory at the 2022 Conference USA Championship. 


Bob Bell

Age: 36

PGA Teaching Professional at Talking Stick Golf Club in Scottsdale. Former Minnesota state junior champion. Played collegiately at the University of Minnesota alongside Erik Van Rooyen. 


Jacob Bergeron

Age: 28

Played full-time on the Korn Ferry Tour in 2022. That season was highlighted by a runner-up finish in the Live and Work in Maine Open. Played collegiately at Louisiana State University. Was a second-team, 2016 AJGA Rolex Junior All-American.


Nick Bienz
Indianapolis, IN
Age: 30

Played college golf at IUPUI from 2015-2019, where he won two events during his senior year. Competed in the 2018 U.S. Amateur Championship at Pebble Beach. Won the Indiana Open in 2023 and 2025. Won an 8-hole playoff in a Monday Qualifier to earn a spot in his first PGA TOUR event, the 2024 Rocket Mortgage Classic.


Ian Bruchhauser (a)

As a junior, Bruchhauser became the first player from Alaska to qualify for the Drive Chip & Putt National Finals. Played collegiately at Northern Illinois University and St. Mary’s College (CA).


Ethan Brue
Peoria, IL
Age: 30

In his third year as an assistant coach at Bradley University, where he played collegiately for two seasons. Prior to Bradley, Brue was a two-time NJCAA All-American. In his playing days at Bradley, he was Missouri Valley Conference Newcomer of the Year in 2017 and won six MVC Golfer of the Week awards.

The Indiana native is one of the top junior golfers in the Midwest. Carraher had a stellar summer a year ago, finishing top-10 in the Western Junior, Junior PGA Championship, and Dye Junior Invitational. His year was capped off with an impressive runner-up finish in the Rolex Tournament of Champions. The rising high school senior is verbally committed to play college golf at Purdue University.


Bud Cauley
Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Age: 36

Cauley is the 65th ranked player in the Official World Golf Rankings. In his PGA TOUR career, Bud has made 237 starts and amassed over $14 million in official earnings. In 2018, Cauley suffered five broken ribs, a broken left leg, and a collapsed lung in a car accident in nearby Dublin, Ohio. After multiple years away from the game, Cauley had a career year in 2025. Cauley was one of six players to qualify for the U.S. Open a year ago at Kinsale Golf & Fitness Club. This year, he is looking to make his fourth overall U.S. Open Championship appearance.


TT Crouch
Mount Vernon, OH
Age: 34

Thanks to a 68 in Local Qualifying at Scioto Reserve Country Club in Powell, Crouch will again tee it up in U.S. Open Final Qualifying. Crouch was a two-time NCAA Division II National Champion during his time at Florida Southern College. In 2018, he won on PGA Tour Canada. Crouch now instructs and coaches at Mount Vernon High School.


Matthew Dodd-Berry (a)

Age: 22

Recently completed his college career at Louisiana State University, where he averaged 70.71 during his senior campaign. Looking to compete in his second major championship, as he qualified for the 2024 Open Championship.


Austin Eckroat
Edmond, OK
Age: 27

Eckroat was a two-time winner on the PGA TOUR in 2024, winning at the Cognizant Classic and World Wide Technology Championship. He’s made three appearances in his career, highlighted by a T-10 finish in the 2023 edition at LACC. In college, he was a four-time All-American with the Oklahoma State Cowboys.


Dusty Fielding
Lehi, UT
Age: 43

In 2013, Fielding held full-time status on the Korn Ferry Tour, where he made 20 starts. He played golf in college at Dixie State University, where he earned NJCAA All-American honors in 2006. Fielding, who now coaches, won the Utah Open in 2018. On top of a 10-year professional golf career, he also caddied for longtime PGA TOUR pro Jay Don Blake.


Ty Gingerich
Carmel, IN
Age: 25

The former University of Cincinnati standout has played professionally on mini tours for the last few years. As a Bearcat, he became Cincinnati’s first Big 12 individual champion.


Lucas Glover
Jupiter, FL
Age: 46

2009 U.S. Open winner at Bethpage Black. Looking to make his 18th U.S. Open appearance. On the PGA TOUR, Glover has six victories to his name, with two of them coming as recently as 2023. As an amateur, Glover won the South Carolina Amateur Championship three times. He sits No. 32 on the PGA TOUR career money list with over $40 million in earnings.


Aidan Gutierrez (a)

Age: 20

Gutierrez competed for Ball State University this past year after transferring from Baylor University. In 2022, he won the IHSAA State Championship while representing Valparaiso High School. 


Vaughn Harber (a)
Blacklick, OH
Age: 20

The rising junior at Ohio State has been a consistent contributor for the Buckeyes over his first two seasons. Harber earned his place in the Final Qualifying field thanks to his medalist performance (66) in Local Qualifying at Weymouth Country Club. Harber won the 2024 Columbus District Golf Association Amateur Championship, as well as the 2023 OHSAA Division I Individual State Championship as a member of St. Francis DeSales.



Jacob Harper
Auburn, AL
Age: 31

Harper made six starts on the PGA TOUR Americas a year ago. Played collegiately at Troy. As a junior, won the Alabama High School State Championship.


Palmer Hays (a)
Fayetteville, AR
Age: 26

Shot a 65 in a Local Qualifier near Kansas City to advance to Final Qualifying. Hays played collegiately at Wichita State University after winning three consecutive state championships at Fayetteville High School in Arkansas. Now works in real estate in Northwest Arkansas.


Brandon Hoelzer (a)
Fremont, OH
Age: 32

2018 Ohio Amateur Champion at nearby Wedgewood Golf & Country Club. Has had several stints as a professional on the Korn Ferry Tour and PGA TOUR Americas. Hoelzer played collegiately in Ohio at Lourdes.



JB Holmes
Campbellsville, KY
Age: 44

The Kentuckian is a five-time winner on the PGA TOUR. He represented the United States on two winning Ryder Cup teams (2008, 2016), as well as a Presidents Cup team in 2015. Holmes will be looking for his first major championship appearance since 2019, and his 10th U.S. Open appearance overall. 


Tyler Isenhart
Geneva, IL
Age: 25

Competed in over 30 collegiate events as a Baylor Bear. Isenhart has made multiple starts in his professional career on PGA TOUR Americas. Has had success in the Columbus area in his golf career, as he won the 2018 AJGA Memorial Junior.


Luke Johnston (a)
Evansville, IN
Age: 19

At Ball State this past year, Johnston broke the school record for the lowest 54-hole score in school history (198, -12). In the fall alone, Johnston averaged 69.80 over 15 rounds. 


Jared Jones
Dublin, OH
Age: 41

Jones, a PGA Teaching Professional at Scioto Country Club in Columbus, recently made his third start in a PGA Championship. He has finished runner-up twice (2022, 2024) in the PGA Professional Championship. Jones competed collegiately at Ohio State from 2004-07, where he was a member of the 2004 Big Ten championship team. 


Braxton Kuntz
Canada
Age: 22

Played collegiately at Ball State University and Nicholls State University. In 2023, the Canadian shot a 62 in the opening round of the NCAA Chapel Hill Regional, the best opening round of a Division I NCAA Regional event on record.

Logan Lagodich
Canton, OH
Age: 32

Lagodich played collegiately at Marshall University. The Canton native has played professionally in various local and regional events for over a decade.


Will Locey
Charlotte, NC
Age: 24

Locey played college golf at Belmont Abbey College. Since turning professional, Locey has competed on the GPro Tour.


Justin Lower
Akron, OH
Age: 37

Lower has been a PGA TOUR member since 2021. He is looking to make it three years in a row that he qualifies for the U.S. Open out of a Final Qualifying event in Columbus. In college, Lower won 16 tournaments at Malone University, where he was a four-time NAIA All-American.


Denny McCarthy
Jupiter, FL
Age: 33

Widely regarded as one of the best putters in the world, McCarthy is looking to make his fifth consecutive U.S. Open appearance. In 2022, McCarthy finished in a tie for 7th at the U.S. Open at Brookline. A year later, McCarthy lost in a playoff at the 2023 Memorial Tournament to Viktor Hovland. As an amateur, he won the Maryland Open three times and was an All-American two times at the University of Virginia.


Evan Menges (a)
Dublin, OH
Age: 17 (03/26/2009)

The 17-year-old Menges is the youngest player in the field. Menges was medalist at the U.S. Open Local Qualifier in Cincinnati thanks to a blistering 8-under 64. The rising senior at Dublin Jerome High School is committed to play golf at Miami University. He also currently represents Team Ohio, a part of the U.S. National Development State Program.


Joey Moore
Billings, MT
Age: 26

Tied for the low score in the U.S. Open Local Qualifier at Missoula Country Club in Montana with a 66. Among his accomplishments includes a round of 59 last year in his native Montana. As an amateur golfer, Moore won two state high school championships, two state amateur titles, two state juniors, and played four years of collegiate golf at San Diego State.


Chris Naegel
Wildwood, MO
Age: 44

Naegel has made a dozen starts in PGA TOUR competition and 116 starts on the Korn Ferry Tour. In 2024, Naegel qualified for the U.S. Open thanks to a third place finish in Final Qualifying at the Ohio State University Golf Club.


Kentaro Nanayama (a)
Indonesia
Age: 23

Nanayama recently finished his collegiate career at Purdue University. The 23-year-old from Jakarta helped the Boilermakers to an NCAA Championship appearance.


Charlie Nikitas 
Glenview, IL
Age: 26

Nikitas will have to make a quick trip to Westerville all the way from Mexico City, where he made the cut in the PGA TOUR Americas Mexico Championship. Nikitas played his collegiate golf at Miami University and the University of Alabama.


Tate Olson
Cook, MN
Age: 26

The 26-year-old Minnesota native played college golf and basketball at the University of Jamestown. 


Sean Paul Owen (a)
Horseheads, NY
Age: 29

Owen returns to Columbus after advancing from U.S. Open Local Qualifying at Scioto Reserve Country Club in May. He has been one of the top mid-amateur golfers in the state of New York since being named the 2019 Empire 8 Conference Men’s Golf Player of the Year in college at SUNY Oswego.


JT Poston
Sea Island, GA
Age: 33

The three-time PGA TOUR champion is looking to make his sixth U.S. Open appearance. Two of those appearances came when he qualified at The Lakes Golf & Country Club in 2017 and 2021. Depending on his finish on the weekend at the Memorial Tournament, Poston may get in his own merit. 


Michael Rosman (a)

Age: 18

Rosman shot a 6-under 66 in Local Qualifying in Colorado to advance to the next stage. The Colorado junior is committed to play college golf at the University of Evansville.

In his first full season of professional golf. Played collegiately at the University of Missouri.


Grant Smith (a)

Age: 31

2025 Iowa Golf Association Men’s Player of the Year. Competed in the 123rd U.S. Amateur at Cherry Chills Country Club. Played collegiately for the Jackrabbits of South Dakota State.


Seth Smith (a)
Campbellsville, KY
Age: 21

Plays college golf at Austin Peay. In 2024, Smith picked up his first victory at The Buddy, where he shot a final round 63.


Austin Smotherman
Loomis, CA
Age: 32

Smotherman is one of the highest ranked players in the field (#91) in the Official World Golf Rankings. Finished runner-up in the 2026 Cognizant Classic at PGA National. The SMU alum also has three victories on the Korn Ferry Tour. Looking to compete in his first U.S. Open and just his second major championship overall.


Owen Stamper
Scottsville, KY
Age: 24

Stamper held full status on the Korn Ferry Tour in 2025. Made first career PGA TOUR start in the 2025 Bank of Utah Championship, where he made the cut. Played college golf at Middle Tennessee State University.


Arni Sveinsson (a)
Iceland
Age: 20

One of two Icelanders in the field at The Lakes. Is the top amateur golfer in the field at No. 17 in the World Amateur Golf Ranking. Has multiple individual wins as a member of the LSU golf team. Made match play in the 2025 U.S. Amateur Championship at the Olympic Club.


Davis Thompson
St. Simons Island, GA
Age: 27

Earned his first PGA TOUR win at the 2024 John Deere Classic, where he broke the tournament scoring record at 28-under-par. Finished T-9 in the 2024 U.S. Open at Pinehurst. Thompson had one of the more distinguished amateur golf careers in the 21st century, ranking No. 1 in the World Amateur Golf Ranking in both 2020 and 2021. Was the 2021 SEC Player of the Year at the University of Georgia. In high school, Thompson led Lee-Scott Academy to six consecutive state team titles.


Ethan Tracy
Columbus, OH
Age: 36

Made the cut in the 2016 U.S. Open at Oakmont Country Club after successfully qualifying at Wedgewood Golf & Country Club. In the 2017 Club Columbia Championship on the Korn Ferry Tour, Tracy holed out for eagle on the 72nd hole to force a playoff, which he later won on the 2nd hole. That win was key in earning him status on the PGA TOUR the following year. Played collegiately at the University of Arkansas after a great high school career at Hilliard Darby.


Sam Udovich (a)
Inver Grove Heights, MN
Age: 19

Broke the TCU 36-hole and 54-hole school record after finishing 19-under-par at the Ka’anapali Classic in 2025. Was the 2025 Minnesota Boys Golf Player of the Year after winning the state championship by four strokes. At the age of 12, Udovich won the 2021 Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals at Augusta National.


Erik van Rooyen
South African
Age: 36

Was medalist by six shots at last year’s U.S. Open Final Qualifier at Kinsale Golf & Fitness Club. Has made six U.S. Open appearances. He has a pair of PGA TOUR wins to his name, as well as a victory on the European Tour. Van Rooyen played college golf at the University of Minnesota.


Jhonattan Vegas
Venezuela
Age: 41

The Venezuelan has four wins on the PGA TOUR, including two of them at the RBC Canadian Open. Represented his home country twice in the Olympics in 2016 and 2020. Vegas played collegiately at the University of Texas in Austin. Has made five U.S. Open starts in his career.


Tyler Watts (a)
Huntsville, AL
Age: 18

The 18-year-old made the cut in both of his first two PGA TOUR starts as a high school senior. Watts, who is committed to play college golf at the University of Tennessee, finished runner-up in the 2024 U.S. Junior Amateur.
