Biles and Riley Claim Ohio Two Man Best Ball Championship
09/16/2026

Colin Biles (Dublin) and Tyler Riley (Findlay) won the 2026 Ohio Two Man Best Ball Championship on Tuesday at Kinsale Golf & Fitness Club.

After holding the 18-hole lead thanks to an opening 65, the duo posted another 65 in the final round to win the title by one stroke over Vince McDonald and Justin Arens.

Biles, who has been in contention at numerous Ohio Golf Association championships and USGA qualifiers over the past few years, finally got over the hump thanks to some stellar short game early in the round.

The former standout at Ohio State made a 50-foot putt for birdie on the 5th hole, sank a long eagle putt on No. 9, and chipped in for birdie on the difficult par-4 12th. This gave himself and Riley a three shot lead with just six holes to play.

McDonald and Arens creeped closer at the end of reguation, forcing Biles and Riley to make par on the difficult finishing hole. While Biles struggled, Tyler Riley made a 10-foot putt for the victory.
